Tom Wax - What It Is All About

Tom Wax has always been a leading figure of the electronic music scene in Germany and inspired a lot of DJs and producers around the globe with his unique sound.

Since the new millenium Tom is focused on his solo artist profile after releasing under the project names AWeX, Arpeggiators or Microbots in the 90s. Starting his DJ career in 1988 at the world famous club Dorian Gray at Frankfurt Airport he has travelled the world and released over 400 tracks and remixes in the last 22 years. He worked together with such artists like Terry Lee Brown Jr. The Timewriter, Ian Oliver, Mijk van Dijk, Dr. Motte,Jennifer Pliester and remixed acts like Yello,Erasure, Jam & Spoon, The Shamen,Mesh and many others. His tracks have been released on labels like Plastic City,Suara,Deeperfect, Salted Music,BCB Tec or Dieb Audio and next to his label Phuture Wax Records he has his own radio show Phuture Sounds on BigCityBeats.FM.
